Company was founded in early 1900’s as a Workshop which was building wooden vessels in Black Sea shores. Torlak family founded their first company in 1970, called "Shipbuilding Company" and contunied activites at Golden Horn/Istanbul until 1983. After 1983, Torlak Shipyard transferred to Tuzla Bay in Istanbul while realising additional investment and applied technological developments. Also developed as a worldwide well reputable management company which serves to shipping market with its efficient and quality ship management with its full complience to internationally accepted safety, health and environmental quality aspects.
